Eboni is a twenty-six-year-old, single female single mother of a handsome son in Atlanta, Georgia. Eboni contacted H.O.P.E. Inc. for childcare assistance to better provide for her son, while she also sought to pursue her college studies.

Client Situation
Eboni contacted H.O.P.E. Inc. when childcare expenses were overwhelming her. She was attending Georgia State University Full-Time to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Science and Business, while working Part-Time 20 hours a week with the Georgia Department of Transportation. Unable to cover her basic needs, she applied for the H.O.P.E, Inc. program in September of 2016 and was accepted in February of 2017 due to a long waiting list.
Action
H.O.P.E. Inc. agreed to assist Eboni with $200 a month in childcare assistance. With financial training guidance, Eboni was able to focus on her studies and graduate with a 3.5 GPA and her bachelor’s degree in Managerial Science and Business from Georgia State University. She was able to grow her savings account, and obtain a position in her career field doubling her salary!
